What's included?

The AGD is designed specifically for annual giving and planned
donation fundraising. The database is sourced from rich lists going
back over the last 10 years, Debrett's People of Today, Who’s Who
in the City, trustee directories, company director and shareholder
information, council tax bands, house price advertisements, Land
Registry records, and the Wealth Intelligence Database. As such
the AGD holds some 338,000 records of properties in the UK
worth over £500,000 owned by people aged between 26 and 55
with information about their age, gender, years of residency as well
as many other attributes of relevance to annual giving from alumni.
Perfect for screening against the alumni records of further
education institutions or donor development programmes.

The Annual Giving Database contains the following attributes:

• Household Identifier
• Address Details
• Length of Residency
• Head of Household Age band
• Property Value Band - utilising actual sales prices from the Land Registry where available
• Council Tax Band
• Region/Postal Area/ Postal District
• Household Composition - single or multiple occupancy
• Directorships at address
• Prospecting for Gold Millionaire at address - home of individual on Prospecting for Gold’s Wealth Intelligence Database
