Having viewed the free summary you can judge how to move forward. The next step may be a Preliminary Match Report mining your data further and on request, we can add your specific variables to our analysis such as donor, lapsed donor, client etc or your other segment codes to fine-tune your fundraising/client recruitment strategy.
So far the information is all statistical letting you plan a marketing strategy. From the Preliminary Match Report the client can choose to purchase a Tag Report which identifies the individuals on the supporter list against the criteria chosen. This allows precise selection and makes best value for money.

Annual Giving Database


The Preliminary Match Report contains:

 

Match Summary- a simple summary of the number of records supplied by the client and those successfully matched to the Annual Giving Database (AGD) by property address.


Section 1: National Summaries

  • Property value band- a count of matched properties by property value
  • Age profile- a count of all matched properties by value and age band of the head of household at that property.
  • Prospecting for Gold Millionaires- the count is limited to those households where a known Prospecting for Gold millionaire resides showing matched properties by value and age band of the head of household.

Section 2: Regional Summaries
This section provides a regional breakdown to help you narrow you prospect search if necessary:

  • Regional age profile- a count by region of all matched properties by age band of the head of household.
  • Regional property value- a count by region of values of matched properties.

Section 3: Subsets by AGD Criteria
Contains counts of matched properties with interesting flags in our database which help to further describe the true nature of each household:

  • Household status- shows counts for each age group and property value, and shows those households where the occupant is single.
  • Director profile- a count of each property value and the type of company director present in the household if applicable.

Section 4: Subsets by Client Criteria
Contains counts of matched properties by any variables provided with your data such as supporter types or segment codes, to help you fine-tune your legacy strategy, examples of these variables could be:

  • Subject group- count of matches by faculty alumni studied in.
  • Alumni Status- existing donor, existing prospect, new prospect.
  • Date of graduation
