The legacy prospect database is the ideal research tool for planning a legacy fundraising campaign.

What's included?
We collect our data from a wide range of sources such as
Experian, Company Director lists, Council Tax Bands, House price
advertisements, Land Registry records, the Wealth Intelligence
Database, and Matrix Financial Data. During the last 4 years we
have collected over 336,000 records of properties in the UK that
are worth more than £500,000 and owned by individuals aged
over 55. This is combined with information about their age,
gender, years of residency, as well as many other attributes of
relevance to legacy fundraising, marketing, and planned giving.
The Legacy Prospect Database contains the following attributes:
- Household Identifier
- Address Details
- Length of Residency
- Head of Household Age band
- Property Value Band- utilising actual sales prices from the Land Registry where available
- Council Tax Band
- Region/Postal Area/ Postal District
- Household Composition- single or multiple occupancy
- Directorships at address
- Prospecting for Gold Millionaire at address- home of individual on our Wealth Intelligence Database
- Trustees of grant giving foundations
