The Legacy Prospect Database is a new database developed specifically for legacy marketing and planned giving fundraising.
The Legacy Prospect Database is the first database in the UK to combine factual information about people’s property wealth and life-stage information as well as their other liquid assets.
The Legacy Prospect Database is contains over 300,000 records of individuals over 56 years of age who own houses above £500,000 in value and have lived in the house for at least 10 years. In total the database contains up-to 30 attributes.
The attributes include:
- Length of Residency
- Head of Household Age Band
- Property Value Band/House Price Index computed from actual house sale transaction data from The Land Registry
- Council Tax Band
- Property Type
- Region /Postal Area/Postal District
- Household with/without children living at home
- Wealth-band
- Donor/trustee/Director/Shareholder
